Alcohol, Tobacco, & Other Drugs (ATOD)
- The Delicate Balance: Work vs. Play: Most students want to maintain a healthy balance between school commitments and their social life, but what does that balance look like? This program is designed to help you identify your optimal balance and help you develop healthy habits related to time management, alcohol use, and stress reduction that you can carry with you throughout your college career. Presented by PantherWELL peer health educators.
